Deciding to carry out an entirely plant-based lifestyle was the single most rewarding decision I have ever made. Here’s why!
The vegan diet is not only the most economical, most environmentally sustainable and most ethical diet there is, but it is also the single most nutritious diet, with the ability to virtually reverse the very Western world disease (cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, etc.) that animal products create.
In going vegan, I have expanded my consciousness to more than just how food affects me.
I am vegan for myself, the animals, and the planet.
These blog posts bring you through my vegan transformation, as I made the change, and later, why I decided to stick with it — for life. 🙂
